Originally, I was gonna hit a Ruby session, but I figured I've already done stuff with Ruby on Rails and that I'd gain more out of the IIS session instead.
I had high hopes because I've heard Drew Robbins speak before...maybe it was the fact that I was already tired....maybe it was the fact that IIS is a boring subject...I don't know. All I know is that I ended up leaving the session early.
Leaving wasn't such a bad thing because I got the chance to meet, and briefly talk to, Dave Donaldson. I had an architecture question about some stuff I've been doing at work. Since I don't really have anyone else at work at my level with .NET, I wanted to make sure what I was doing was correct. He confirmed that what I was doing was indeed correct. :-)
